If you only take $50, and have the intention of buying two pairs of pants, you can't very well drop $15 on food, and $10 on this, $10 on that etc. You'll have a limited amount of cash, with a clear objective. That being said, if you go with the wife ( not sure if you're married ), this may all go out the window. Stay away from the mall at all costs, in this case!
