5 Tips to Stay Healthy While Travelling on Business

If you are travelling on business, it is really easy to let go of your healthy habits. I use the following tips to stay healthy while on the road:

  1. Choose a hotel with a fitness center. Pack your gym clothes. Get on that treadmill even if for 15 minutes every day.
  2. After the workday is over, take a walk. You will get to do some sightseeing while burning some calories.
  3. Eat healthy at meetings.  Don’t eat that donut – go for the fruit and yogurt instead.
  4. Eat healthy at the lunch with business associates.  Get a grilled chicken breast instead of the pasta with cream sauce. Making the right choices at every meal is important.
  5. Eat healthy at dinner. Skip the dessert.
  6. As always, one extra tip for visiting my site – walk to as many places as possible during the workday. Those steps do add up.
