Back On Track Again, Well, Sort Of

Recently, some things changed in my life causing me to have an inordinate amount of free time in my hands. I was filling that time up by going out to dinner with friends, which didn’t bode well for my health and my wallet. Thankfully, I have found myself a new friend who shares my love for walks. We have been going out to parks to walk every day after work. We started at 1 mile, and have built up to 1.8 miles over the course of a week. The great thing is, my pedometer is showing really good numbers at the end of the day because of these walks. I just wanted to share this little tiny success with you, because I know you were rooting for me :)
